Chapter 1 General Rules

Article 1 (Purpose)
These regulations aim on laying down regulations on Article Editing of journals the「J-INSTITUTE」publishes.

Chapter 2 Composition and role of an editorial board

Article 2 (Qualifications of editors and the standard of selection)
Editors must be mainly composed of those with a doctor’s degree. If a person is judged necessary for the board, appointing the person can be possible.

Article 3 (The role of the editorial board)
① Call for papers
② Allocate judges for contributed papers
③ Examine contributed papers

Article 4 (Editorial board meeting)
① Give overall considerations of contributed papers
② Recommend examiners for contributed papers
③ Confirm the publication of contributed papers

Article 5 (Editorial decision making)
The decision making of the editorial board is made by attendance of the majority of members and agreement of the majority of the attendees.

Chapter 3 Examination Standards

Article 6 (Examination Standards)
① The editor-in-chief shall appoint three examiners by judging on the academic field of the contributedpapers.
② The appointed examiners must be sent the contributed papers and the Examination Results form by email and be requested judgment.
③ Examiners must judge objectively according to the following standards.
    1.The topic of this paper must be creative.
    2.The abstract of the paper must be composed of more than 20 lines and contain the full outline of the whole paper.
    3.The paper must clearly state the necessity of research.
    4.The paper must be compressed of only the main points.
    5.The paper must state precedent study and explain the differentiation between the precedent study.
    6.The paper clearly must reveal the origin of the citation of the source.
    7.The paper must have more than 12 references.
    8.The paper must clearly state the opinion of the writer.
    9.It must be considered that the expectation effect of the paper must have validity.
    10.If the paper is a joint research, the role of each writer must be present.
④ The average of the three examiners’ evaluations should be calculated and if the score is 70/100 according to the above standards (each standard is 10 points), then publication of the paper can be decided.
⑤ The editor-in-chief must notify the results to the contributor.

Article 7 (Objections)
① In the case of any objections on the decision of the results of the paper, re-examination can be requested.
② If the objection is judged as appropriate, re-examination shall be progressed according to the examination procedure by appointing examiners other than the former examiners.
③ Objections cannot be made again on the evaluation results of re-examination through objection.

Chapter 4 Publication

Article 8 (Adoption)
The writer of the paper that is planned on being published must make a payment on all fees regarding publication.

Article 9 (Printing)
① Paper printing is based upon the principle of electronic printing.
② The published manuscript and certificate of publication should be sent to the writer in e-mail.
③ The paper can be published the next month according to the publishing schedule of the editorial board.


Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
These regulations come into force on June 23, 2015.
