Abstract

These days, adolescents’ school violence behavior increases significantly, and levels of violence behavior tends to be higher so that it becomes a serious social issue. Taekwondo training is proposed as an alternative to prevent school violence behavior. This study examines the difference which the self-respect formed through Taekwondo training can make. Also the effect of self-respect on aggressiveness and school violence behavior is inspected closely.
To accomplish the purpose of this study, the data of 472 students, including teenagers attending middle school in D metropolitan city, is analyzed through convenience sampling method. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS version 20.0. With sig-nificance level of p<.05, the following conclusion was obtained.
As a result of analyzing the difference in self-respect according to Taekwondo training, social self-respect showed statistically significant difference according to training.
In the effect of self-respect on aggressiveness, domestic self-respect showed negative(-) correlation with indi-rect aggressiveness but showed positive(+) correlation with negative aggressiveness and physical aggressiveness. Social self-respect showed positive(+) correlation with indirect aggressiveness, negative aggressiveness, physical aggressiveness and irritable aggressiveness. Overall self-respect showed positive(+) correlation with linguistic aggressiveness, indirect aggressiveness and irritable aggressiveness.
In the effect of self-respect on school violence behavior, overall self-respect showed positive(+) correlation with relational violence behavior and physical violence behavior but negative(-) correlation with sexual violence behavior. Social self-respect was found to have positive(+) correlation with sexual violence behavior, relational violence behavior and physical violence behavior.
To raise awareness of the value of Taekwondo training, this study should be generalized as a study with sam-ples taken nationwide to consider social and cultural characteristics. More meaningful results can be deduced by conducting a longitudinal study on the changing process of Taekwondo trainees about Taekwondo participation.

  • Purpose: The first half of this year began with an unprecedented infection crisis called a novel coronavirus. As of July 2020, the number of infections with Corona 19 that has spread worldwide has exceeded 15 million, and the number of deaths has exceeded 620,000. As the infection rate of the novel coronavirus has accelerated, the World Health Organization(WHO) has declared an international public health crisis for the new coronavirus infectious disease in order to jointly respond to the international community. Invisible virus infection speed is so fast that epidemiological investigation is impossible, and if it is connected to transportation, it spreads rapidly to a large area and is very threatening. Method: This study collected data on the transport performance before and after Corona 19. First, in order to analyze the impact of the corona 19 epidemic on the railroad transportation sector, data on changes in transport performance of high-speed rail and general railroads were collected while continuously monitoring the countermeasures of Korea's leading railroad operating organization. In addition, data on changes in subway traffic were collected by monitoring the step-by-step emergency response measures of Seoul Transportation Corporation, which has 7-8 million subway users per day. Through this, data of the anti-virus system of overseas subway operating agencies and Seoul Transportation Corporation were collected and compared and analyzed. Since Corona 19 traffic trends are expected to change a lot, foreign metropolitan cities are implementing new traffic policies to cope with the daily life changed to Corona 19. Therefore, this study proposed a plan to improve the convenience of service through untect technology and the establishment of a safety prevention system to improve the reliability of railroad traffic in order to more safely and efficiently operate mass transport and long distance transport, which are the strengths of railroads after Corona 19. Results: All hospitality facilities of the railway used by unspecified people are intensively quarantined several times a day, and in the case of general trains, contact between customers is minimized by prioritizing the window side of the left and right seats. In order to prevent crowds of customers during rush hour and weekends, the number of trains was reduced. As a result, the number of cases of COVID-19 infection on urban railways and high-speed railways is close to zero. Declined to 48%, hitting the overall volume and sales. Conclusion: Most cities are in a situation where they cannot function without rail traffic. As the importance of quarantine of transportation means emerges due to the Corona 19 virus, customized measures for each means of transportation such as buses and subways that have changed in the post-corona era are needed. A long-term and sustainable strategy should be prepared to prevent virus infection in the railroad transportation field, which is one of the pillars of public transportation, and to ensure people's right to move safely.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find the meaning of gender Incusive leadership from the perspective of diversity in the police organization and to present its developmental implications. Method: The method of this study analyzed previous studies related to gender inductive leadership and changes in the system environment. Until now, discussions on gender differences in leadership have been largely divided into complementary contribution models and fairness models. The former accepts the difference between women and men as positive and strong. The view of the European study is to assume that women and men can contribute equally to other characteristics of the organization. While the fairness model is based on similar assumptions denying the fundamental difference between women and men, this idea is ostensibly considered an equal model. Analyzing these preceding studies, we suggested gender inclusive leadership suitable for our police organization. Results: As a result of the analysis of previous studies, there is no difference between men and women in the viewpoint found in North American studies, so it is believed that women can practice leadership like men if they are given equal opportunities to prove their abilities. Sexual issues have been treated as private issues in our society and have not been recognized as one of the diversity factors that society should manage. The reason why we should deal with gender diversity effectively is that the mainstream culture of our society and organization is unified around male values, and diversity, which is a prerequisite for creativity and innovation, is absolutely lacking. Diversity is like having various expansions in these frames and It is considered an essential element in solving complex problems in modern society. Conclusion: Police organizations need an approach to fostering female leaders and gender-inclusive leadership in both men and women to become more flexible and creative organizations required in the era of the Fourth Revolution. The first person to introduce the concept of gender integrated leadership was Kim Yang-hee, CEO of gender and leadership. Policy and system to create gender equality organizations are important, but the most important thing is the perception and attitude of those who implement them. Especially, it is most urgent to embrace gender diversity and actively participate in male members who occupy the majority. Police commanders should be interested in gender-inclusive leadership so that they can build strong gender partnerships in police organizations to create synergies and create an organizational environment in which members can maximize their abilities without gender discrimination.

  • Purpose: Driven by the society’s demand arising from global climate change, privately owned forests in South Korea, which make up two thirds of the total forested area of the country, have been playing a pivotal role as sites of forest resource development and major carbon sink. Forest management plans serve as the basic plans for managing privately owned forests. Therefore, it is necessary to compare and check whether the forest management plans are well-prepared and whether the forestry projects based on the approved plans have been efficiently implemented and managed. This study was conducted to analyze forest owners’ views and demands through surveys, albeit at a regional level, with a view to providing basic data for establishing measures for improving future forestry policy. Such a policy framework for efficient private forest management should be based on efficient preparation of forest management plans and their evaluation through correct methods. Method: Therefore, this study proposes measures for promoting private forest management by conducting survey-based analysis of private forest management plan preparation and the ratio of forestry project implementation with respect to the approval status. Results: To enable a proper prediction of future forest changes and ensure sustainable forest management through the proposed measures, a reliable evaluation of the general issues related to forest project implementation was performed from the perspective of forest owners. Conclusion: The significance of this study lies in proposing measures to promote private forest management, and it is expected to offer opportunities to private forest owners to manage their private forests more efficiently.

  • Trains running through urban railroad sections in large cities are an important means of transportation for many passengers. In 2019, the number of passengers using the Seoul Metropolitan Railway reached 2.9 billion. The drivers are responsible for the safe operation of the numerous passengers repeatedly go two to three minutes apart, looking only at the railroad tracks in the dark underground section. Although the urban railway system is becoming state-of-the-art and accidents are caused by system errors and human error continue, so the train driv-ers must exert a high level of concentration to prevent accidents. This professional nature has led to considerable job stress for drivers, and the annual subway accident is feared to cause depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and various mental disorders and panic disorder caused by post-traumatic stress disorder. In this paper, while the accident lessons and measures are active in railway operation institutions after the occur-rence of various railway accidents, the measures for drivers have been taken away from the very insufficient exist-ing methods and considered the engineer as a special class of high-risk groups, and the application of the psycho-logical stability program of firefighting officials, who are currently high-risk. The meaning and necessity of devel-oping human psychological stability program for railroad engineers were presented by analyzing these.

  • Foreign plants introduced by overseas exchanges are rapidly transformed into naturalized plants and pose se-rious threats to biodiversity, including domestic native species. Therefore, this study is based on the flora survey data of 776 map numbers(1200 places) for 12 years from 2006 to 2017, the third to fourth data of the National Natural Environment Survey, the nation’s largest basic research project on the natural ecosystem. By analyzing plant species and naturalized plant species and predicting naturalized plant species and naturalization Index, they can be used as basic data to study environmental changes, or they can be used to set various indicators ap-plying naturalized plants and naturalization Index and to set the upper limit of permit for development activities. Therefore, in this study, one-way ANOVA analysis and MANOVA analysis were conducted to determine whether there is a difference in naturalized plant species and naturalization Index by year, region, altitude, population density, GDP, and the ratio of forest to area. There was a correlation between the items such as year, region, alti-tude, population density, GDP, the ratio of forest to area and the number and naturalization Index of naturalized plants, and the greatest impact on the naturalized plant species and naturalization Index. Curve estimation re-gression, multiple regression, and dummy variable regression were performed to find out which items are causing the problem. Through this research, it is thought that the naturalization Index predicted by this study can be used for the issue of Permit on Exclusive use of inter-mountain area altitude standard, which is operated under the Act on Planning, and Use of National Territory, and the Mountain Site Management Act. The naturalization Index predicted by this study can be used as basic data for setting the upper limit of Permit on Exclusive use of inter-mountain area, or for studying environmental change, or for setting various indicators.

  • Purpose; The purpose of this study is to examine the problems of the traditional teaching method, and to clari-fy how the teaching and learning methods for creative talents is reflected through the design on teaching and learning method for creative talent in the age of artificial intelligence(AI). The design of the creative teaching and learning model proposed in this study is largely classified into two stages, In-class(Offline Practice Learning Steps) and After-class(Post-Class Inquiry and Project-Based Learning). And the mechanism that connects learning states organically rather than independently separate concept, but is analyzed based on a questionnaire evaluation on the concentration and immersion of classes and the understanding of creative teaching and learning methods. And this paper explores that learners who will be at the center of future society have the power to think through concentration and immersion in solving their own difficult problems based on their experience of teaching and learning methods in university education. In this process, creativity is expressed. They will also feel happy with a sense of accomplishment, confidence, and satisfaction while solving difficult problems. This is why problem-based learning is necessary in university education. The teaching and learning method proposed in this study is to in-duce learners to think freely based on dialogue rather than discussion, and to lead the class by achieving the con-centration and immersion in class, thus leading to a sense of achievement. The teaching-learning model, which incorporates elements that can solve problems on their own with convergent and logical thinking, has become an opportunity to reveal the importance of fostering creative talent for the artificial intelligence era.

  • Iranian influence on Language, literature and culture of Bangladesh is indeed very apparent in every sphere of life of the people in the country. The history of the civilization and culture of Iran and Bangladesh suggests that the people of both the lands have been maintaining a good relationship with each other since time immemorial. The relationship began to grow since the period of Achaemenid dynasty (550 BC) in Iran and gradually expanded through the periods of the Parthian(249-226 BC) and the Sassanid(226 BC – 652 AD) which got a new dimension and was consolidated further by the establishment of the Ghaznavid dynasty in Punjab, Ghurid Dynasty in Delhi, and finally Bakhtiyar Khilji in Bengal. Primarily it commenced through the traders who used to travel to the land from Persia and other middle-eastern regions following the sea route – Persian Gulf. Sonargaon, Bengalla(Dhaka), Satgaon, Hugli, Tamralipti were the important sea-ports in the region since the seventh century BC. Many of the traders and merchants used to travel frequently and a good number of them got married to local girls and settled here which finally resulted in socio-cultural assimilation, especially in the influence of Persian language in local vernacular languages, especially the Bengali language. Beside traders, wandering saints and preachers had been visiting Bengal long before the Muslim conquest of the land in 1203 AD. Furthermore, the mystic movement in Bengal, by the end of the fourteenth century, had an enormous impact on indigenous culture and society – irrespective of both the Hindus and the Muslims. The presence of huge lexicographic elements, numerous Persian words in both original and distorted forms in Bengali language as well as the emergence of mystic and romantic dimensions in mediaeval Bengali literature and culture, comprising elements from Persian literature and Sufi tradition can be realized as the best examples to understand the range and intensity of Iranian influence on the field. After the fall of Bengal to the East India Company however, the splendor of Persian gradually begun to diminish. English, Urdu as well as Hindi languages became more influential not only in Bengal but in the whole sub-continent. This study attempts to address the issues related to the topic using both primary and secondary elements and analyze the reasons behind the decline of Persian literary, cultural and Sufi traditions in the region.
